J&V Knives Warranty

J & V Adventure Knives Warranty STATEMENT

All sales are final. All items come with full manufacturer’s warranty on any production faults and will be replaced as long as the fault was not due to inappropriate and negligent use of the item. This guarantee is voided (as determined by us) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear or tear that might occur. Using your J&V Adventure folding blade or fixed blade knife for any purpose other than cutting or puncturing is considered abuse and may void your warranty. All J&V products are hand made, as opposed to mass production using CNC machinery, and thus you can expect minor variations in the finish of each individual J&V product - some models have a rustic finish and minor variations due to the nature of forging and crafting hand made knives and axes. This warranty covers replacement of defective (manufacturing faults) products only. If you have a defective item, which you wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 business days from the date you receive the shipment. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on any returned items. We are not responsible for any lost items in the post. We will make a replacement depending on our available stock. Defective items must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem. All returns must be intact. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. The Customer is responsible for all costs associated with all non-defective products returned. If defective situation noticed over 10 business days after delivery, shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable. If you have any questions, please send an email to us at info@jandvknives.com.
