The J&V Adventure Knives Axarquia Hunting Full Tang Fixed Blade Knife is both beautiful and functional. This is a stunning piece of workmanship from J&V Knives which has been highly finished with a functional blade design. The Axarquia Hunting is the larger version of the Axarquia, therefore the classic Micarta & Cocobolo handle is large enough even for big hands. The sheath is made from premium quality leather and is designed to be worn both sideways or vertically.

Featuring MV-58 steel blade, (%C=0.59 Cr=16.04 Mo=0.515 Va=0.17) Spanish made steel that has similar characteristics to Z60 and hardness of 58-60 HRC, which is great for keeping a good edge making this knife ready for some serious use
The drop point blade design with full height flat grind makes this very functional and a good all-around blade. Its 5mm thick blade means business, useful for the hunter, camper, bush crafter or hiker
The handle is made from cream micarta & brown cocobolo scales attached with three stainless bolts and the pommel has a lanyard hole, measuring at 125mm, is definitely long enough even for fairly large hands
Handmade durable full leather sheath featuring a fire-steel loop (fire-steel not included), clip to keep the knife blade securely in the sheath and can be worn either horizontally or vertically on your belt
The blade has jimping on the spine and is not overly aggressive and allows for the fine control of the blade
